Porsche of Hilton Head Sponsors a Local Event for National Drive Electric Week

HARDEEVILLE, S.C. - Sept. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Porsche of Hilton Head is joining National Drive Electric Week, a countrywide effort to teach drivers the benefits of driving all electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. This event is being held locally in Bluffton, SC at the Technical College of the Lowcountry, and kicks off on Saturday, September 12^th, 2015, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This event is free and open to the public, and fosters a goal to educate resident drivers on how driving electric vehicles will benefit themselves and the environment. If you are tired of climbing gas prices, poor gas mileage due to a range of factors, or are particularly interested in curbing mounting emissions, then this event is for you.

Porsche of Hilton Head is committed to not only pairing drivers with the vehicle that ideally suits them, but also providing vehicles that comprise the technology to reduce their environmental impact. We’ll have a fleet of vehicles available to test drive, and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the Porsche brand.

Local electric vehicle owners will also be there to supplement this event, and will be offering test rides and speaking to the public about their personal experience driving electric or hybrid vehicles.

Event goers will enjoy delicious food from Bluffton vendors, information packets to keep as additional references, and a free chance to win a Go Pro Hero3 camera or iPad Mini 16gb WiFi.
