Arkansas SBTDC Expands Exports With The Riddle of the Exporter™ 1-Day Seminar

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Sept. 30, 2015 - PRLog -- To encourage small businesses in the benefits of exporting, the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Centers is presenting The Riddle of the Exporter™ 1-Day seminar throughout the state. On October 13th, the seminar will be presented in Fort Smith, October 15th in Little Rock and on October 20th in Jonesboro.

Elyse Eriksson, Managing Director of Export Connector and creator of The Riddle of the Exporter™ training, has presented the seminar throughout the U.S., Guam and Puerto Rico.  The Riddle of the Exporter™ Training, Workbook and e-Learning Game offers an easy to understand 8-step process to create a roadmap for new exporters. According to Ms. Eriksson, “Exporting is not as difficult as people think.  Once you know the 8-step process: Getting Started, Market Research, Market Entry, Legal, Compliance Transportation, Payments and Cultural, you can apply the process each and every time for success."

The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center is a university-based economic development program that assists entrepreneurs, both new and seasoned with every aspect of business creation, management, and operation. Through seven offices around the state, ASBTDC works with all types of for-profit businesses, from home-based to high-tech. The Arkansas SBTDC is funded through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration through a partnership with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the Arkansas Tech College of Business.
