Change Clothes operates by having a local focus to its monthly causes (ChangeLA, ChangeNY, ChangeSF, etc.). Upon purchasing apparel, customers will be able to identify what area they want to submit a cause in, as well as what that philanthropic cause is. At the end of the month, the Change Clothes community will vote on the initiative they want to see supported, and Change Clothes will contribute proceeds to those efforts. "Our goal is to be active and involved in as many worthy causes as possible. The great thing is as our organization grows, and we expand into additional markets, the net result is going to be helping more and more people, and our entire team is excited to turn this into a reality." explains Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Charles Ifegwu. "Everybody has a story, and the genesis of that story is right there in their community, so that's where we want to be. That's where we want to help." Change Clothes was founded by actress Ashley Benson (Pretty Little Liars), and entertainment and digital veterans Remington Franklin and Charles Ifegwu. With their strong ties to the entertainment industry, Change Clothes also operates as a hub for notable personalities to curate their own Change campaigns, where they design apparel and set the cause which will be supported by the sales of it. At launch, Change Clothes will be supporting causes in Los Angeles and San Francisco, as well as a national cause ( for customers who submit objectives outside of one of the local hubs). Rollouts for recurring support in Chicago, New York, Texas, and multiple other locations are planned in the near future. End
