In addition, Elliott Broidy was appointed to serve on the Board of Trustees for The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts by Former President George W. Bush. With a lifelong commitment to improving the safety and security of the United States, Elliott Broidy serves as Los Angeles City Fire and Police Pension Fund’s Commissioner and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Police Foundation. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization and is serving on USC Marshall School’s Center for Investment Studies’ Board of Advisors. Elliott Broidy graduated with an MBA from the USC Marshall School Business and went on to start Broidy Capital Management in 1991, where he currently serves as Chairman and CEO. The success of his investment firm has allowed him to become a leading philanthropist with numerous projects, often focusing on organizations that directly help his hometown of Los Angeles. From a military family, he also helps military organizations including Hounds for Heroes and the Wounded Warrior Project. Elliott Broidy works to raise awareness of the challenges with homelessness including serving as executive producer for the movie ‘Sugar,' an independent film about a young woman living on the streets of Venice Beach, California. Elliott Broidy and his family also intertwine their dedication to charity with their love of the arts and support organizations including The American Ballet Theater. End
