NEWARK, N.J. - Oct. 1, 2015 - PRLog -- GodBody Music will release worldwide Friday, October 2, 2015 Grammy Amplifier Winner ChinahBlac's new single "Keep Your Word".  The 2015 GRAMMY Amplifier® winner penned and produced "Keep Your Word", a soulful and infectious song that showcases her unique vocal style that draws on her classical training.

As one of 3 winners of the 2015 Grammy Amplifier® Program sponsored by Hyundai and The Recording Academy as part of the Hyundai Music Initiative,ChinahBlac was selected as a winner by a stellar artist panel Mark Ronson, The Band Perry, Ziggy Marley and Allen Stone.  As a winner she was given an opportunity to work with a top notch music video director and on September 17, 2015 The Boombox.com debuted her music video, “Keep Your Word.”  The music video has gone viral with over one hundred thousand views within days of it's release on Youtube and destined to reach the one million mark.

Rick Mordecon director and producer of the music video for “Keep Your Word,” has worked on a variety of projects including features and television specials for Jennifer Lopez, Jay-Z, Maya Angelou and Ludacris.  He’s also produced “Ushers Project Restart” to aid victims of Katrina and Rita disasters for BET and “Jay-Z Fade To Black” for Universal.  “To have been given the opportunity to work with someone like Rick (Mordecon) and to see the process of how my song could be brought to life was an amazing experience,” said Chinah.  “Opportunities like the one that I was given by The Grammy Amplifier program are so important.”

ChinahBlac has worked as a background vocalist or vocal arranger with Grammy® winners including The Dave Mathews Band, Jill Scott, Lauren Hill and others. While on tour with Erykah Badu, Chinah was selected by the Grammy® winner to become Badu's vocal director for her world tour.  As a performer Chinah brings her ‘aggressive soul’ to her audience unfiltered with an honesty and passion unlike many.
