Midas Hospitality, LLC Completes $6M Renovation on two St. Louis / O'Fallon, MO Assets

ST. LOUIS - Oct. 6, 2015 - PRLog -- Opening in 2005, the Staybridge Suites and Holiday Inn Express sit adjacent to each other, located at 1155 and 1175 Technology Drive, O’Fallon, Missouri respectively.  The hotels are located on the northwest corner of I-63/Hwy 40 and Hwy K, 30 miles west of downtown St. Louis.

Acquired by an investment group led by Midas Hospitality, LLC in November, 2013, the hotels completed a collective, $6 million renovation.  The $6 million renovation included a complete renovation of all guest rooms including new furniture, soft goods and appliances.  Expansion of both public space areas, enlarging the Great Room to enhance the arrival experience.  New Exterior finishes including the addition of an outdoor living area, complete with soft seating and gas fire pit.
