Follow on Google News | ![]() “Little Dog in the Sun” Author and Artist to Publish SequelBy: Recipe Records Cookbooks Little Dog in the Sun told the true story of how adopting a puppy (Ava) helped to heal Stagg’s painful loss of a friend. The story in Little Dog About Town originated from when Stagg’s own children were small and would spot stray dogs around Evansville, IN, and it continues the series’ theme of pet adoption. This books follows Ava’s “tail” as she searches the city for her canine best friend, Schnitzel. On her mission, Ava encounters many notable landmarks in Evansville including Mesker Park Zoo, the Gerst Haus, The Old Courthouse, the Pagoda, Bosse Field and more. An “all cities” version of the book will be released in early 2016.
