Fall 2015 Cooking Classes at Roswell's Barrington Hall

Barrington Hall closes out 2015 with three final cooking classes all featuring a menu perfect for Fall entertaining.
 
ROSWELL, Ga. - Oct. 15, 2015 - PRLog -- Barrington Hall's cooking class schedule has openings available for three more evenings. November 10 features a Turkey Workshop where students prepare an entire Thanksgiving feast. Prepare a full cocktail party menu on November 24 with martinis and appetizers and on December 1 students will learn how to prepare a do-ahead dinner during the busy holiday period.

Students arrive at 6:30pm in the evening and are provided with aprons and a set of professional knives. Chef John Wilson, Barrington Hall's resident chef, engages his students with highly entertaining instruction as well as a complete hands-on experience.

Chef John is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute and the owner of Culinary Vacations. His resume includes cooking classes at the Atlanta Cook's Wearhouse, Williams Sonoma and a private catering company.

After a lesson, preparation of the menu and a mini-tour of historic Barrington Hall, the evening ends with students gathered around the antique dining table in Barrington Hall's historic kitchen and dining on the fruits of their labor.
