Artificial Brain Embark on Octoburnt Tour with Swarm of Eyes & Others

BOSTON - Oct. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- New York-based death metal band, ARTIFICIAL BRAIN, is slated to headline three shows in three states on the Eastern seaboard, accompanied by fellow metal maestros GREY SKIES FALLEN, SWARM OF EYES, BUCKSHOT FACELIFT, and TORTUROUS INCEPTION. The Octoburnt mini tour will see the five bands playing live shows in Worcester, Massachusetts; Providence, Rhode Island; and Queens / Astoria, New York.

The Octoburnt tour comes just before ARTIFICIAL BRAIN is set to join veteran metal acts, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER and GOATWHORE on a nationwide tour throughout the continental United States. The band recently slayed crowds at the renowned Maryland Deathfest, playing cuts from their latest release, 2014's Labyrinth Constellation, and other songs from their extensive (and bloody) body of work.

ARTIFICIAL BRAIN will be joined by fellow New Yorkers, GREY SKIES FALLEN,  BUCKSHOT FACELIFT, and TORTUROUS INCEPTION, as well as special guests SWARM OF EYES.

Representing the New England states on the tour, SWARM OF EYES will be blasting audiences with their unique mix of thrash and doom metal. Known for their energetic stage shows, SWARM OF EYES are gearing up for the release of a new EP – a follow up to their debut, Designing the Dystopia.

GREY SKIES FALLEN  recently released a brand new 7", Earthwalker, which comes on the heels of their 2014 full-length release, The Many Sides of Truth. The Octoburnt tour marks the last handful of dates GREY SKIES FALLEN will play in 2014.

Celebrating 11 years together, Long Island's BUCKSHOT FACELIFT are preparing to unleash another disc of "grinding blue collar death" metal and will likely give crowds a taste of what's to come on the upcoming three-date tour.

Staten Island's TORUROUS INCEPTION will be plying crowds with their brutal brand of death metal. Their live set will feature songs from their 2015 EP, Headfirst into Oblivion.

The Octoburnt tour touch down first at Ralph's Rock Diner in Worcester, MA on Thursday October 22^nd. From there, the bands will head to Providence, RI at Simon's 667 for a Friday night metalfest on October 23^rd. Finally, some of New York's heaviest acts come home to play Gussy's in Astoria (Queens), NY on Saturday October 24^th.
