Theeventhonored local companies that upheld superior levels of employee satisfaction as measured by an independent research firm.

To select the top 100 employers, Quantum Workplace, an independent research firm, surveyed employees at hundreds of Dallas area businesses. After analyzing the data to determine comparative staff satisfaction levels, the firm identified the 100 Best Places to Work in North Texas and assigned a rank to each.
