Crowdfunding for sustainable Water Project in Kenya

ELDORET, Kenya - Oct. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- The supply of clean drinking water in Kisumu / Kenya is still not reaching the lower and middle income class Families. People are getting sick! Bottled water is far to expensive. With your help, Swiss Kenko Company Limited aims to bring decentralized Water treatment plants directly do the needy People on the ground to an affordable Water price for everyone.

The local Industry is mainly focusing on the upper middle class and upper class. SwissKenko designed a business model that cuts the costs down and allows to offer the Customers clean drinking Water to very low prices. Mr. Andreas Koller, the CEO of SwissKenko said, that in usual business models, the transport and the packaging are pushing the prices up. He solved that problem by running decentraliced small Water Treatment Plants close to a number of Water collection points, where the Customers are buying Water using reusable Containers. The business model allows after an initial investment a sustainable growth. Mr. Arab Sang explained, that by reaching 70% of the capacity of the first decentralized Water Plant, we will install the next Water Purification Plant. And then we do that again and again and again! The project will additionaly create a number of small businesses for the local community. Running the Water Distribution Points and the local Transport will be given to local Business People.
