Gillespie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology with a concentration in Religious Education and her Masters in Ministry from Saint Johns Seminary. She has actively volunteered with numerous organizations, including mission work in the Kentucky Appalachians, tutoring underprivileged children and as a lector at St. Mary’s Parish in Waltham. Originally from Kingston, Gillespie now makes her home in Plympton.
