Swanson, who recently joined the company, has been a licensed real estate agent and property management specialist for 16 years, both in Maryland and Florida.  She will be focused on creating the new division and managing client’s residential properties, including single family homes and condos.

“I will essentially be able to help our clients with the entire spectrum of their rental properties, from securing a qualified tenant to managing the maintenance of the property,” Swanson said.  Swanson, who is licensed in real estate and certified in property management, chose to join DSRE because of the resources that DSRE has to offer, for both agents and clients, including their advertising and marketing capabilities and worldwide advertising.

Swanson moved to Vero Beach originally for the warm climate.  She especially loves the small town feel combined with all the cultural and social activities and access to beaches.  Swanson resides in Vero Beach with her husband and young children.
