Nov. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Singapore, November 12, 2015 – The longest running leading hot yoga specialist in Singapore since 2006 renowned for its intense and precise hot yoga class instructions and top-notch facilities opens its doors at 123 Penang Road, Regency House #04-12/13. The bright and contemporary studio space focuses on design as well as increased comfort and hygiene, all to offer an enhanced experience that begins the moment a person steps through the doors. In addition to classes, BYCH Hot Yoga will partner with Hot Yoga Alliance (HYA) to offer 500 hours Bikram Method Distance Learning Hot Yoga Teacher Training to provide students with cross-training opportunities.

Just like before, BYCH Hot Yoga classes are taught with precision and intensity. Although challenging, the studio welcomes hot yoga enthusiasts of all levels, including absolute beginners. The hot yoga classes, taught by Lee and her team of Hot Yoga Alliance certified instructors, incorporate Classic 90-min  (Bikram Yoga), Cardio 60-min, Double Instructor 90-min, Functional 60-min, Flexi-Zone, Private 1-on-1 classes. All classes, except Functional 60-min class, are done in a heated studio up to 40 degree Celsius.

BYCH Hot Yoga is open daily and offers group hot yoga classes throughout the day. The Flexi-Zone class is the most recent class offered at BYCH Hot Yoga since June 2015 and has been gaining huge popularity amongst its members. The Flexi-Zone classes are perfect for those who can’t make it to the group classes. Practitioners can practice on their own in the hot room during this period with the mp3 player loaded with live track recording of the Cardio 60-min or Classic 90-min class.
