X-Treme X-Cursion Folding Electric Mountain Bike Released by UrbanScooters.com

PASADENA, Calif. - Dec. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- The X-Cursion from X-Treme Scooters has just landed at UrbanScooters.com. This electric mountain bike is similar to the Trail Maker and Trail Climber from X-Treme, but is offered with a folding feature. The 100% lightweight aluminum alloy frame folds in half allowing for easier transport. Folded dimensions are a compact 33” length x 13” width x 34” height allowing the ebike to be packed away into tight spots.

A maximum speed of 20 mph and range of 25 miles are available. The X-Cursion is driven by a 300 watt brushless motor found in the hub of the rear wheel. It's powered by a 24 volt, 8 amp LiFePo4 battery system. The batteries are contained within a removable sealed pack. They can be charged while fitted to the bicycle or remotely in the home or office. An electric pedal assist system is in place which allows for power on demand or continuous power assist while pedaling.

Brand name components are engineered into the X-Treme X-Cursion, including; Winzip® brakes, RST Capa® T7 front hydraulic shocks, 26” Kenda® off-road tires and 7 Speed Shimano Tourney® Gear & Shifter System. Additional features include; LED headlight, cargo rack, adjustable seat, battery light indicator, toggle switch ignition, tool kit, smart charger, 275 lb carrying capacity and a six month warranty on the bike with one full year warranty on the batteries.

Bike dimensions when unfolded are 72” length (wheel to wheel), 25” width at the handlebars and a height of 37”. The bike weighs 52 lbs.
