By: Civil Air Patrol 399th Composite Squadron For nine Decembers, Civil Air Patrol members nationwide have shown their appreciation to our nation’s veterans by adorning memorials and veterans’ graves with evergreen wreaths. As a key partner in Wreaths Across America, Civil Air Patrol ensures the sacrifices of our nation’s soldiers are not forgotten. The Wreaths Across America mission — Remember, Honor, Teach — is carried out in part by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as veterans’ cemeteries and other locations in all 50 states and overseas. It is projected more than 100,000 volunteers nationwide will take part in the Wreaths Across America mission in 2015. The Wooster Cemetery ceremony will start at 9:30 a.m. in the Veteran Section of the Cemetery, located at 20 Ellsworth Avenue. The ceremony at Old Kenosia Cemetery, located on Kenosia Avenue, will take place at 11:00 a.m. Both cemeteries are located in Danbury, Connecticut.
