1.      Wear full high quality protector gears:

Even when you ride on-road, you can fall at any time you do not know for there are many obstacles appeared suddenly on the way, for example a buffalo, a kid, a dog, a pig, a sand pile, a straw pile…If you ride fast, it is much easier to fall. If you fall, good body protectors can save you.

Full protector gears are included of: full faced helmet, armor, knee and elbow pads, and boots. And they must be in good quality.

2.      Good bikes
