NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - Dec. 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Join us for a weekend of engagement at the Common Ground Institute on Jan. 15 – 17 at Frost Valley YMCA (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dYJhJQiU3wI&feature=player_embedded). This inaugural three-day community-building retreat is design to support the personal and professional development of individuals who are leading diversity and social-justice initiatives. It will provide a safe space for courageous conversations to build leadership capacity and to work together. On this Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday weekend, rejuvenate your mental and physical selves to return to work with a greater capacity to lead change with new skills, techniques, and strategies.
