Both events will feature all of the college football action including coverage of the CFP (College Football Playoff) with the Orange Bowl, (Clemson vs. Oklahoma), and the Cotton Bowl (Michigan State vs. Alabama) starting at 4:00 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, as well as the Outback Bowl, Citrus Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, Rose Bowl, and Sugar Bowl starting at Noon on New Year’s Day on CBC’s 26 big-screen TVs, strategically placed throughout the restaurant for optimal viewing. “Griffin Claw has some phenomenal beers, and the Founders Project PAM is truly amazing,” said Craft Breww City Director of Operations, Curtis Nordeen. “Pairing these award-winning brews with some distinctive CBC appetizers and entrees, and then throwing in all the excitement of the college bowl games on top of it… well, it’s going to be one heck of a two-day celebration!” Griffin Claw Brewing Company has been awarded nine gold medals, six silver medals, and four bronze medals for their hand-crafted hops. Guests of CBC’s New Year’s Eve Griffin Claw “Tap Takeover” will have a chance to enjoy 10 of Rogers’ hand crafted beers including the gold medal winning Norms Raggedy Ass IPA and Grind Line Pale Ale, along with El Rojo Red Ale, OB.LIV.I.OUS, 3 Scrooges Winter Ale, Undertow, Project Clemintine, Grind Line Pale Ale, Gate Way, Triple Lemon Shandy, and Combative Quad or Belgian Cherry Tripel. Founders Brewing Company, a family-owned brewery based in Grand Rapids, has evolved into one of the highest recognized breweries in the United States. Guests of CBC’s New Year’s Day celebration will be treated to a limited sampling of Founders’ Project PAM, a rare Black IPA brewed with a cornucopia of hops, then aged in maple syrup bourbon barrels (10.8% Alcohol by Volume).
