Axiomtek Launches its Newest 17-inch full IP66 and IP69K Stainless Steel Panel PC - the GOT817-834

The hardened GOT817-834 is fully IP66 and IP69K-rated and made of SUS316 stainless steel for use in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Its secured design, fanless and noiseless advantages, and IP66-rated waterproof enclosure keeps the entire panel system working efficiently and reliability in harsh environments against hazards including dust, dirt, water, oil, and chemicals. Furthermore, the system’s wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +55°C is ideal for freezing or high temperature conditions within food processing environments. The flat panel design prevents accumulation of dust and moisture and also makes cleaning easier. The GOT817-834 can withstand vibration up to 2G, 5 to 500 Hz. With its rugged construction and slim design, the Axiomtek GOT817-834 is very suitable for mounting in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and transportation industries and for oil pipeline monitoring.

The newest Intel® Bay Trail SoC 17-inch stainless steel touch panel PC, GOT817-834, has an IP69K-rated, water/dust-proof enclosure and six IP66-rated M12-type connectors to resist ingress of high temperature and high pressure water. The SUS316 stainless steel is used in order to prevent bacteria growth and avoid rust by prolonged usage. “Good food hygiene is essential when producing or selling food that is safe to eat,” said Debbie Tu, product manager for Axiomtek’s Product PM Division. “Our brand-new GOT817-834 can be used in food and beverage production lines where daily cleaning with high temperature pressure water is required. The outstanding 17-inch stainless touch panel PC also can be used as a shop floor terminal at chemical and steel plants where there is a high exposure to liquid spray, heat and air-borne particles.”

The Intel® Atom™-based 17” stainless steel touch panel PC supports one 2.5" SSD and one CFast for storage. The system also features various mounting options including wall mount, suspension, VESA arm and desktop stand. Moreover, the wide-temp touch panel PC is certified with CE to meet industry grade approval standards and ready for Windows® 10, 8.1 and 7.
