Joel Loitherstein, P.E., LSP Appointed to Board of Directors of 495/MetroWest Partnership

MARLBOROUGH, Mass. - Jan. 18, 2016 - PRLog -- Joel S. Loitherstein, P.E., LSP, Vice President of Tata & Howard, Inc., was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the 495/MetroWest Partnership. Mr. Loitherstein is a lifelong resident of the MetroWest area, and brings over 40 years of civil and environmental engineering experience to the Board. The Partnership held their first meeting of 2016 on January 5.
