Local heating systems specialists now exclusively up there with the big names

ELY, U.K. - Jan. 19, 2016 - PRLog -- Eco Installer, the region’s leading installer and supplier of traditional and renewable heating systems are one of only three heating boiler specialists in the UK to be appointed an official installer of the Qnergy “Sterling Engine”, a micro combined heat and power generator.

This new form of technology, developed by Israeli company Qnergy and manufactured in America, is unique in that it cleverly generates heat and electricity simultaneously from same energy source and is often powered by gas or LPG. Eco Installer, together with British Gas and Helec Ltd of Bristol, have been chosen as the three preferred partners in the UK to install the new generator.

The Qnergy heat and power generator fits in perfectly with the environmental credentials of Eco Installer. While they are extremely powerful, the generators are nevertheless manufactured under proven automotive-style lean processes (that is, in a highly efficient, waste-free manufacturing environment). They are virtually maintenance-free (no oil- change, bearings or gearbox replacement required) during an extremely impressive 60,000-hour (over 6.5 years if operated 24/7!) cycle, have extremely low emissions, reduced operational costs and can work on any gas supply. The efficiency is also very high at 95%, with an added 37% heat to electricity conversion.
