By: Atherton Godfrey Previously, Natalie held positions with Leeds based Cohen Cramer Solicitors and prior to that, worked with the former Atteys Solicitors, where she initially trained and practiced as an Employment Solicitor. Her time with Atteys also saw Natalie’s skills and experience acknowledged when she won the presigious Rising Star Award at the Yorkshire Lawyer Awards in 2011. Natalie has a wealth of experience in acting for employers and a strong background in dispute resolution. She offers support and advice from day-to-day HR best practice to complex Employment Tribunal claims. Natalie is noted for her skills in educating and assisting businesses to help them avoid legal proceedings. She is experienced in advising businesses on TUPE, redundancies and restructuring, whistleblowing and settlement agreements and discrimination. Natalie is also experienced in bringing claims in the Employment Tribunal for employees who have been unfairly dismissed or discriminated against. She regularly advises employees in settlement agreements. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, a non-political organisation of over 6,000 specialist, qualified employment lawyers.
