Someplace Special Wins Top Local Restaurant Award, FSM 22000

The award and certificate was issued to Someplace Special owner Tony Pasiakos, and personally presented by FSM 22000 leadership Daryl Guberman and Donald LaBelle. Mr. Guberman is the President of G-PMC Registrars, LLC, an accredited registrar that certifies quality management systems of food establishments and other businesses nationwide. Mr. LaBelle is the Founder and President of FSM 22000, and author of, 'Safe Dining in New York.'

According to Guberman, Someplace Special as well as dozens of nearby restaurants was reviewed by diners on multiple occasions discreetly representing FSM 22000, including establishments in Putnam, Thompson, Woodstock, Pomfret, Brooklyn as well as other neighboring towns. “Someplace Special scored the highest over other restaurants in all key areas, including food quality, cleanliness, value and customer service,” said Guberman.
