397004) was invited to provide sports medicine services for the athletes of Team USA competing at Lake Placid, NY in the Bobsled Skeleton Lake Placid World Cup. He feels that it is an honor to be on hand for the US Olympic athletes who were facing the best competitors in the world and must be in top shape. Dr. Wilhelm’s passion is Sports Medicine and he is constantly striving to achieve the highest certifications possible. He is the only sports chiropractor in the Gallatin Valley with the unique combination of being a certified chiropractic sports physician (CCSP) and also holding a Master’s Degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Wilhelm is a Montana State University partner team physician, and is expanding his experience nationally and internationally with the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS), U.S. Bobsled Skeleton, American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, and American Chiropractic Association Sports Council. Dr. Wilhelm has been invited to provide his sports medicine expertise at previous events, such as: US Olympic Training Center Volunteer Rotation - 2013, 2014 Dave Schultz Memorial International Wrestling Tournament, 2015 Dave Schultz Memorial International Wrestling Tournament, International Bobsled and Skeleton Federation World Cups, 2013 Park City, Utah, USA, 2013 Calgary, Canada, and 2015 in Altenburg, Germany.
