Louis Zecca joins David Boland, Inc. as Executive Vice President

TITUSVILLE, Fla. - Feb. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Mr. Zecca has a passion for the design-build construction process and enjoys uniting and leading design and construction teams, solving challenges along the way and to deliver projects that exceed client expectations. His driving focus will be managing the firm’s extensive portfolio of projects and developing new relationships with government and commercial market clients.

Mr. Zecca’s construction and real estate career spans more than 30 years, beginning as his father’s carpentry assistant as a young child. Prior to joining David Boland, Inc., Mr. Zecca served as a business unit leader and project executive responsible for nearly 100 professionals conducting construction, engineering, and environmental science and redevelopment operations in support of clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic and overseas. Mr. Zecca is an accomplished construction and business executive possessing strong relationship building, organization, and team leadership skills. He is well respected throughout the industry for his achievements in business operations, problem solving and collaboration. Mr. Zecca has a proven history in his ability to identify and implement effective corporate strategies that increase revenues, strengthen customer relationships, and improve business processes to drive profitable growth.

Mr. Zecca is a graduate of Villanova University and received an MBA from Temple University's Fox School of Business and Management. He is also a retired US Marine Corps Reserve Lieutenant Colonel, having completed 27 years of combined reserve and active duty service.
