Kevin Trotta Named General Sales Manager of Resurgent WALL RADIO

Feb. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Bud and Juli Williamson, owners of Neversink Media Group's WALL RADIO, are excited to announce the addition of Kevin Trotta to WALL RADIO and JAZZ fm as General Sales Manager.

"Kevin's deep radio experience supporting and promoting local businesses is in line with Neversink Media's values and practices.  We are thrilled he is apart of our team of experienced broadcasters bringing back strong, locally-oriented radio to Orange County and the Hudson Valley," remarked Bud Williamson.

Trotta's main goal is helping local businesses be more successful by using the resources of Neversink's radio stations.  He is also Underwriting Director of Hudson Valley Public Radio's JAZZfm.

"My passion for radio began as a kid building radios.  I started a radio station at my high school and then a college radio station at Pace University in Westchester County," Trotta stated.  "My professional radio career began in the late 70s, working at several stations in the tri-state area including WALL RADIO in the early 80s."

"I have a spectacular opportunity to bring my passion for local radio to the people and businesses we serve," Trotta said.  "Most radio stations these days are not locally owned and programmed.  We believe that WALL RADIO is bringing back local radio to Orange County and the Hudson Valley."

WALL RADIO, based in Middletown, went on the air in 1942.  Under Neversink's new ownership, it is known as "Orange County's and the Hudson Valley's Hometown Station".  The format consists of Classic Hits from the 60s, 70s, and 80s, plus local news coverage.  It is broadcast simultaneously on 105.7 FM, 94.1 FM, 94.9 FM, 101.5 HD2, and 1340 AM.

Hudson Valley Public Radio's JAZZ fm is heard on six FM frequencies in the valley and on www.hvpr.org.

The Neversink Media Group also has stations in Port Jervis, NY and Stroudsburg, PA.
