Mr. Cohen is a civil litigation attorney who is also based out of Philadelphia and has kept his practice focused on workers’ compensation subrogation, property subrogation, and cases involving serious personal injuries. He has also accrued extensive experience litigating serious injury and property damage cases throughout the United States. Past experiences and memberships that set Attorney Cohen apart from other litigators are as varied as they are impressive. He has served as an adjunct professor at the DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management in Philadelphia. He is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), which comes with the privilege of speaking at numerous NASP events on topics as critical and intricate as evidence practice and procedure, workers’ compensation subrogation claims, and the use of technology in subrogation practices. Mr. Cohen has served as a track leader in the Workers’ Compensation track at the NASP annual conference. Additionally, Attorney Cohen has earned lifetime membership status to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a prestigious organization of trial lawyers in the United States that only accepts the few litigators who have attained million dollar verdicts and settlements. To give back to his community, Mr. Cohen is active in Philadelphia political and non-profit groups. He was recently appointed to the board of directors of The Primavera Fund, an organization that provides necessary resources to young musicians around the greater Philadelphia area. Attorney Cohen earned his Bachelor degree in Psychology, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburg in 2001 before moving on to attend Widener University School of Law. There, he served as a vice president of the Moot Court Honor Society before graduating in 2004. He is currently licensed to practice law in all State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania as well as New Jersey, but may also be seen in courts around the country due to special admittance.
