This included eleven years at Manchester United Football Club where he coached many of the best world's best soccer players while having constant access to the latest developments in sports technology. Mick moved on to develop his own private coaching much more specialized to high level individual athletes, and after several years formed this approach around a large gym custom built from the ground up to found Elite Lab in 2014.
