Apps created with Mobincube app builder have reached 100 million downloads

SAN FRANCISCO - Feb. 5, 2016 - PRLog -- Apps created by users of Mobincube have been installed on more than 100,000,000 smartphones around the world. Mobincube is online software that allows anybody, without coding knowledge, to create apps for Android, iOS and Windows Phones. This service is totally free, since there is no charge to the user who is creating an app.

More than 110,000 apps.

These 100 million downloads have been generated by more than 112 thousand apps created on the Mobincube Interface. Although, “following the 80/20 rule, around 20 thousand apps have generated 80 percent of the downloads”, said Fernando Marzal, CEO and Co-Founder of Mobincube.

The most downloaded app was a Clash of Clans game guide, published on Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobincube.android.sc_U51PI1) and the App Store (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/guide-for-coc-edition-tips/id876357461?l=es&ls=1&mt=8) on March 2014. The guide has been downloaded 4.5 million times. Fernando says “That app alone represents only four percent of the downloads. That means that our model has a firm growing base and does not rely on only a few apps”. Therefore, “In 2016 we hope to at least double the 100 million downloads. There are more than 200,000 new installations every day, and this number increases daily”.

The company expects a growth in the number of users who create and publish apps using Mobincube. There are more than 800 thousand registered users on the platform already, and the company keeps getting more users at a pace of more than 30 thousand new users every month, all of this without making important investments in acquisition.

Mexico, Spain, Brazil and the USA are the countries with the most generated downloads. Being a Spanish company as Mobincube is, the repercussion in Spanish-speaking countries is higher. Then, you have the USA where Mobincube has its headquarters. Ignacio Roda, CMO and Co-Founder of Mobincube, moved to San Francisco in 2015 to lead the opening of Mobincube INC, the American partner of Mobincube in the USA. Ignacio says “Since we have presence in the United States, the growth of Mobincube in users and downloads has increased. USA is the leading country in Mobincube users, and knowing its technological power, it will soon be the number one country in downloads too”.

Thanks to the Mobincube Business Model, any user in the world can create an app for free and monetize it, earning money with the advertising generated in the app. Thousands of people around the world are making money this way.

During 2015, Mobincube changed its app monetization strategy. Previously, users had to register on Google AdMob in order to obtain earnings for the advertising on their apps. This changed since the end of the last year, when Mobincube launched its own advertising network, integrated with the main advertising networks of the world.
