Jason Yu Joins Snell & Wilmer's Los Angeles Office

LOS ANGELES - Feb. 5, 2016 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that commercial litigator and employment liability attorney Jason Yu has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as a partner. Yu was previously with Klinedinst PC’s Los Angeles office, where he was a shareholder in the litigation group.

Yu focuses his practice in a broad spectrum of commercial litigation, employment liability, intellectual property and transactional work. He has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including trials and has litigated frequently in both state and federal courts. Yu has significant experience in cases involving debt collection, employment and labor law matters and trade secret misappropriation. His clients include corporations and individuals, including major manufacturers, banking and financial institutions, transportation and shipping companies, professional partnerships and technology companies.

Yu helps corporate and individual clients resolve their complex business disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible. He is skilled in the development of cost-effective litigation strategies, utilizing targeted pre-trial discovery, and when appropriate, law and motion and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Yu also has an extensive track record for recovering financial debts on behalf of corporations.

Yu frequently provides local businesses with seminars on issues relating to employment and labor law. For seven consecutive years, he has been recognized by Southern California Super Lawyers^®, Rising Stars Edition and also has been named a Pasadena Super Lawyer (2009-2015).
