Staffing Solutions Expands Recruitment Strategy

CLEVELAND - Feb. 10, 2016 - PRLog -- Staffing Solutions Enterprises, a full service recruitment solutions firm, today announced that Rachel Creasy Mack has been promoted to MANAGER OF TALENT ACQUISITION STRATEGY supporting permanent recruitment for all three lines of business.

Mack’s role is unique in that it marks the creation of a new position at Staffing Solution Enterprises (SSE) to better service client needs for permanent talent acquisition. Through this strategic management role, Mack who holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources, will be key in customizing  the recruitment and sourcing process to fit the needs of small and large companies.  This role will focus on redefining traditional contingency search services, and fostering a  partnership approach with clients resulting in improved interview-to-hire ratios, faster time to fill, and an enhanced candidate experience and engagement.

As unemployment rates in Ohio have dropped to a 40 year low at 4.4%, talent acquisition will continue to be increasingly difficult and time consuming. The expansion of the recruitment services practice of SSE comes in response to a need in the market for a more strategic approach to fulfilling requisitions.
