Atlanta Metro Coach Join John Maxwell Team in Paraguay Training Over 10,000 in Transformational Leadership

ATLANTA - Feb. 18, 2016 - PRLog -- Tameka Williamson, a Best-Selling Author and Executive Leadership Strategist from Atlanta, Ga was one of the 260 John Maxwell Team Coaches who converged from all over the world after Paraguayan President Horacio Cartes invited John C. Maxwell and his team to come in and deliver leadership training using Maxwell Roundtable Method, identified as Transformacion Paraguay.  Over the course of five rigorous days, the specially trained delegation met with top government, military, education, business, faith and community leaders with one goal in mind: hand over proven tools to the leaders of Paraguay in an intentional effort to bring transformational energy to Paraguay and use the Maxwell Roundtable Method to foster two-way communication in a structured environment. For their leadership development and ability to replicate the learning, participants were taught to facilitate and duplicate the Maxwell Roundtable Method. As a result, duplication can happen and 700,000 Paraguayans – 10% of the population could be reached in the coming months.
