The Decorating and Staging Academy Master Trainers speak at World’s largest Home Staging Conference

PARK CITY, Utah - Feb. 18, 2016 - PRLog -- Sandra Racz, Executive Director of The-DSA and JoAnne Lenart-Weary, Founder of The-DSA were invited to present recently at RESACON 2016, the world’s largest annual convention for the home staging industry.  RESACON is the annual conference for the Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®), a trade association for professional home stagers and the portal to the staging industry.  Home Staging has become a critical step in the selling process and professionals offering this service need to be on top of industry trends and enhanced design skills.  CEO of RESA, Shell Brodnax said, “Our attendees gave RESACON2016 the highest rating to date. Sandra Racz’s seminar at RESACON, “Decorating in the Zone” discussed advanced design principles that impact a room’s horizontal and vertical balance. Among the tips shared was the need to bring the eye up by placing color and texture at different heights.  In addition, she shared a variety of creative ideas to help professionals create one of a kind spaces. JoAnne Lenart-Weary discussed The Power of Color that began with sharing a quick color test that eliminated 75% of color possibilities in 3 minutes.  Attendees also learned 10 most significant color mistakes and how to fix them.  Sarah Wake Davies said, “I LOVED this presentation.
