5 talks are hosted 4x a year throughout the Pioneer Valley. THE 5 The Springfield 5 are Beauties to Behold Founder Jasmine Elizabeth Brewer, CEO Angela Lussier of Angela Lussier Enterprises, Tech Ethicist & Digital Citizenship Expert David Ryan Polgar, Director of Student Services, Marketing & Community Relations at the UMass Center at Springfield Jamina Scippio McFadden and Golden Seeds Managing Director Katherine Putnam. THE OBJECTIVE • To encourage innovation and entrepreneurship in the Pioneer Valley. • To provide a stage for women to share their ideas, expertise and inspiration. • To reinvigorate entrepreneurs who have chosen to headquarter their passions in Western Mass. • To pioneer a safe space for women to address entrepreneurial topics that are relevant to them. HOW IT WORKS Guests pay $15 (lunch included) to enjoy listening to 5 experts in 50 minutes as they speak on a variety of topics pertaining to innovation and entrepreneurship.
