The International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) taps Ro Kolakowski for President

Technology Veteran Brings Vast Operational Strategy Experience to The Preeminent Networking Venue for Microsoft Partners in The World
 
REDMOND, Wash. - March 10, 2016 - PRLog -- The International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners, the IAMCP, is pleased to announce the installation of a new board of directors. Including a new president, vice president, treasurer and secretary. In accordance with the bylaws a new slate of board members was voted into office and installed this week. The new board will serve Microsoft partners in the United States.

Congratulations to Ro Kolakowski, CEO, 6th Street Consulting, Redondo Beach, CA. Mr. Kolakowski brings over two decades of operational strategy and execution to the role. He has been involved with the IAMCP for five years and has been an active Microsoft partner for seven years. As part of his role, Mr. Kolakowski will be leading the 40+ chapters across the United States to help insure Microsoft partners get the information they need to connect, learn and grow their businesses.

Previously Kolakowski has served as the President of the Southern California Chapter the largest IAMCP chapter in the US and as the Vice President for the US Board.

"One of the most important tasks for Microsoft partners is to understand how the Microsoft Partner Network operates" said Ro Kolakowski, incoming IAMCP president. "The IAMCP has committed itself to providing guidance to partners so that they can help each other and maximize their benefits when working with Microsoft."

2016 IAMCP US Board Members:

Randy Steinle, Vice President

Randy Steinle is the Vice President at Onsupport Corporation, a privately held technology consulting firm specializing in Virtual CIO strategic consulting, hosted private cloud services, managed services, Security Audits. Steinle has been a longtime supporter of the IAMCP and has served in several roles on the board, including the immediate past secretary.

David Gersten, Secretary

David Gersten is the VP, Customer Success & Strategic Relationships at Bond Consulting Services, a Microsoft Gold Competent ERP/CRM Partner and trusted business consulting practice focused on Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM. David has been involved with the IAMCP since 2012. He has held the roles of President of IAMCP Southern California Chapter and currently also acts as the West Region Chair of IAMCP US Board.

Tom Major, Treasurer

After successful positions as a CPA in Public Accounting, Vice President of Information Technology for a rapidly growing NYSE company, Tom Major founded REACH-Solutions in 1995 growing it to over 150 Dynamics customers generating over $1.5 million in annual revenue. In 2012, his company, merged with InterDyn BMI, a Microsoft Gold ERP Partner. As Senior Vice President of InterDyn BMI, his leadership along with strong dedication to customers and employees contributes to InterDyn BMI's success. After helping found the Arkansas Chapter of IAMCP, Mr. Major has served on several committees and has held roles on the IAMCP US Board over the past few years.

The IAMCP organization and the incoming IAMCP board would like to thank the outgoing board members for their years of service and their commitment to the Microsoft partner community.
