BOSTON - March 12, 2016 - PRLog -- Hard Rock Cafe in Boston on March 6, 2016, will always be remembered by these 4 rock n'roll boys.

Black Diamonds, who formed in 2009 at DeAngelis Studio in Haverhill, were only age 7,8,10,11 that first rehearsal they will never forget.  That very day they played their first song, "Can't Explain" by the Who and they never looked back.

Black Diamonds consist of Aj Marks, vocals - now 17, Henry McIntyre, guitar - now 15, Nick Calnan, drums - just turned 18 and the youngest, Wolfgang, bass - 14.

These boys have grown up together and from their early days of "pure pop" to today, with their own unique twist on "high-energy" "pop-rock",  they have grown not only in size but in their music style.

Their history includes having music published as early as 2010, over 100 shows and still a band after 7 years - which is unheard of even in the adult band circuit.

Miss Massachusetts, Whitney Sharpe, did the honor of surprising them with this award at a benefit concert event, "Be A Hero, Rock Against Animal Cruelty" for spcai.org:

Black Diamonds plan many more years, and hope to gain another GWR in the future by being the youngest band to hit 20 years!
