Engage Experts to Speak at DNNCon Baltimore 2016

ST. LOUIS - March 15, 2016 - PRLog -- Engage, experts in the design and development of web and mobile solutions for enterprises, will have two experts speak at DNNCon Baltimore 2016. During the event, Jason Stone, vice president of sales and marketing, and Josh Bradley, developer, will lead sessions on leveraging Google Analytics and securing DNN modules, respectively. DNNCon, a community-organized event that brings together DNN users to network and share ideas, will take place April 1-2, at the Sheraton Columbia Town Center Hotel in Columbia, Maryland.

Stone's session, "Analytics In, Analytics Out: Using Google Analytics to Guide and Grade Web Projects," will provide an overview of Google Analytics as a tool both for determining the direction and focus of a web re-design effort. In addition, it will discuss establishing metrics and tracking to help clients see their success and potential upgrade needs post re-launch. Bradley's session, "Are There Security Flaws in Your Modules?" will go over XSS (Cross-Site scripting), CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) and SQLi (SQL Injection) to help attendees ensure they are not exposing their sites to potential vulnerabilities when developing modules. Bradley notes that although DNN and .NET are good at protecting users from the biggest security attacks, they can't protect developers from writing bad code.
