Palm Springs Bodybuilder First Personal Trainer Western United States Certified by Mr. Olympia

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. - March 16, 2016 - PRLog -- Personal Trainer Italo Alighieri is now a DY HIT Master trainer and DYN (Dorian Yates Nutrition) Warrior Trainer Affiliate.  DY HIT is Dorian Yates High Intensity Training program. The certification program was developed and used by six time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates and helped him secure the prestigous Mr. Olympia title six years in a row, 1992-1997.   Dorian Yates is not training and certifying DY HIT Master Trainers.  The first group training of five DY HIT Master Trainers took place this past week at the 'Mecca' of Bodybuilding, Venice California's Gold's Gym.

         Italo Alighieri is now one of only seven DY HIT Master Trainers in the world and is looking forward to using his new certification to train clients and also certify candidates who wish to become part of the first group of DY HIT Personal Trainers, worldwide.

Alighieri started training with weights in 1993.  He has competed in triathalons, and his specialty is helping competitive bodybuilders with contest preparation. He guides them through their training and dieting regimens, leading up to a bodybuilding or physique competition. Italo possesses a thorough comprehension of all aspects of training both in and out of the gym. He says "I can work with good genetics, bad genetics and help you be a serious competitor whether it's for the stage, sport, or simply the mirror." He added "Being certified by Dorian Yates will now allow me to train clients and also certify other Personal Trainers, using his DY HIT methods. I'm excited to share my knowledge with others."
