By: Lockside Art Center Lee Williams was born in Buffalo, NY in 1960. He received his BFA from The State University of NY at Buffalo in 1983. Lee worked and studied stained glass and Dalle de verre under Dr. Rudolph Sandon, at Sandon Studios in Little Valley, NY from 1989 to 1990. Projects included the 1990 fabrication of the windows at the Interfaith Chapel at Camp David, and various churches across the United States and Canada. In 1993 and 1994, Mr. Williams exhibited original leaded glass designs at the Roycroft Arts and Crafts festival in East Aurora. Lee's current artistic interests include Digital Art and Photography. He has worked as a Pressman for over 30 years. Lee has lived in the town of Lockport for the past eight years since meeting his wife, Jennifer. Private studio space for rent overlooking the historic Erie Canal at the Flight of Five locks in the heart of Lockport. Come join other like-minded artists at the LOCKSIDE ART CENTER at 21 Main Street at Pine. Measures 100 square foot with extra large window and loads of natural light perfect for painters or other artists! Our next exhibition "Photography" Lockside Art Center is an intimate art center located in downtown Lockport, NY, overlooking the Erie Canal at the Flight of Five Locks, walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. We provide a display gallery, studios, art research library, and a classroom. The center is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday noon‑4pm and by appointment.. End
