G.Dots Creations to Participate in Luxury Celebrity Gift Lounge

BROCKTON, Mass. - March 24, 2016 - PRLog -- G. Dots Creations in association with The Artisan Group will participate in an invitation-only luxury celebrity gift lounge hosted by GBK Productions on April 8 - 9, 2016 at an exclusive location in Los Angeles, California, in honor of The MTV Movie Awards nominees and presenters

Select press and media attendees will receive our Enjoy and Love Live Heart Gem Necklace in their swag bags. The event will also be attended by nearly fifty press and media outlets.

Sharon Gibbs owner & designer of G-Dots Creations says "my collection of jewelry is trendy, chic and more of a retro style".  However, with that said I always customize all requests to meet the needs of my clientele (traditional, cultural, and seasonal).

The inspiration and vision started with photographing fine art.  I wanted to photograph a friend's jewelry and she declined that request.  Around the same time, my mother was making her own jewelry. I began to learn the basics from mom and took a few lessons.  This new found creativity started getting the attention of everyone around me and people wanted to know who made my necklace, bracelet and earrings.  I started getting request to make jewelry for people, events, charities as well as parties.  The vision became full circle and I included my love of photography along with my new found passion and decided to start my own business.  I then started taking photographs of my own jewelry. Thanks to my friends decline early on.  The haters in your life always become the motivators of your success….

The thought behind the name was simple - my mom lit the spark that ignited this beautiful fire inside me it was only fitting to G (grandmother)-Dots (her name is Dorothy) and the rest is history.

The best lesson I have learned while running my online business is first and foremost you have to stay true to yourself and your vision.  Next you have to put the customer 1^st in everything you do - from the start of the creation to the end of the request.  You need to be patient & stay tenacious in this business.  You have to have a perfect combination of balance, passion, and endurance. I am a mother of three, grandmother of two, significant other, and hold down a full time job.  The work-life balance is the key.
