Local Real Estate Broker Carletha Singleton to speak at educational workshop at Bluffton Self Help

BLUFFTON, S.C. - April 5, 2016 - PRLog -- 4:00pm on April 6, 2016 located at Bluffton Self help, 39 Sheridan Park Cir, Bluffton, SC 29910. The workshop is a four part series starting with Creating a Budget. This session will help individuals create a working budget to take control of their finances and prepare them for home ownership.  With the following statics that 62% of Americans don't even have $1,000 in a bank account or even have a savings account it's important to get finances in order.

Carletha will also go over how to allocate money within a  budget for savings of some sort of retirement as well as setting up an emergency fund.  Individuals in attendance will also get information on setting up a  Free Checking and Savings  account with one of the local banks.

Frazier Singleton, said "This is my way of reaching out to our community and letting individuals know I'm here to help." Carletha has been in the Real Estate industry since 2005 and is licensed in South Carolina and Georgia. Other topics that the series will cover include building a better credit report, the loan process and  the home search & buying process. It's important to have more than just some basic information or what you  may see on Television about Credit & Real Estate it's more to it than that, Frazier-Singleton said.
