Hunt Telecom and Nexus Systems to Combine Operations

NEW ORLEANS - April 8, 2016 - PRLog -- Hunt Telecommunications, LLC a regional fiber optic and cloud services provider and Nexus Systems a regional integrated communications provider are pleased to announce a definitive agreement to merge companies.  The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2016, following the satisfaction of customary closing conditions including required regulatory approvals. The Nexus and Hunt Board of Directors have approved the agreements
