Our Company

Barcelona Eat Local Food Tours was launched in 2015 by Russian native, Marina Manasyan and Chilean native, Andre Arriaza who moved to Barcelona in 2006. They loved their new home since the very first day, and promptly became Mediterranean food lovers and started taking notes on every food haunt they discovered and the history and stories around it. This culinary findings later became Barcelona Eat Local Food Tours, a small venture that converge on unique eateries and specialty stores which use locally sourced ingredients and fresh products, as they represent the most environmentally and nutritionally responsible choice to make while choosing tasty and healthy food. As well, the experience developed reveal food stories and the culture rooted in the neighborhoods' history.

The company's mission is to showcase the best of Catalan gastronomy for the food curious, who will discover un-paralleled, non-touristy and charming areas of Barcelona by tasting delicious food from local business owners who are rooted in the history of iconic neighborhoods, learn about local gastronomy and discover the local life in an unforgettable way.
