Advanced Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine & North Cypress Medical Center Provide Free Health Physicals

HOUSTON - April 21, 2016 - PRLog -- Advanced Orthpaedics & Sports Medicine has participated in providing free physicals for the past few years.  This year we plan to provide over 1500 free physicals to local Cy-Fair students.
Student athletes are required to have a pre-participation physical exam, which includes health history, height, weight, blood pressure, musculoskeletal evaluation, and a brief station based physical exam.  The all-day event, on April 30^, 2016 and May 4^, 2016, will bring student athletes to Cy-Ranch & Cy-Falls High Schools where they will see Orthopaedic specialist from Advanced Orthopaedics & physicians from the North Cypress Family of doctors.  The physical exams are performed to ensure the students are able & ready to participate in the sports of their choice for the 2016-2017 school year. http://www.houstonrehabilitation.com/community-outreach-houston-rehabilitation.html
