LOS ANGELES - April 23, 2016 - PRLog -- Omnific Publishing announced that it has sold the Czech rights to Georgina Guthrie's The WORDS Series to Markéta Šlaufová at GRADA Publishing in a nice deal. The Czech edition, Láska podle Shakespeara, was released this Spring.

About the books in The WORDS Series:

The Weight of Words

Aubrey Price is in the final months of her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto. Bright, witty and fiercely independent, Aubrey works part-time for the college Dean and has her sights set on graduating with distinction. When she meets Dean Grant's son, Daniel, the TA in her senior Shakespearean studies course, a shared love of the Bard's works and an instant mutual attraction draw Aubrey and Daniel together. Unfortunately, a strict anti-fraternizing policy, made more perilous by a black mark on Daniel's record, keeps them apart.

Against this academic backdrop, Aubrey and Daniel navigate their way through a steamy courtship, their forbidden romance aided, abetted and sometimes thwarted by a colorful cast of friends, family and classmates.

Better Deeds than Words

Aubrey and Daniel's vow to pursue their dangerous romance despite university regulations takes them down a path of secrecy and lies.
With only six weeks left to the end of term, they're under the constant watch of David Grant-Daniel's "Dean of Students" father. If that weren't enough to pressure them, Daniel's checkered past also casts a shadow over the young lovers who continuously tempt fate until one wrong move leads to an inevitable disaster.  Can they salvage a relationship when everything seems to be conspiring against them and even the people closest to them believe that their relationship is doomed?

The Truest of Words

With the end of term finally behind them, Aubrey and Daniel look forward to building a life together. A painful realization that they can't truly embrace the future until they've come to terms with the past leads them to discover the healing potential of forgiveness and the power of unconditional love.

Like the first two books in the series, The Truest of Words is a romantic tale that blends witty banter with passion and drama.

ABOUT Georgina Guthrie:

Georgina Guthrie loves all things bookish. Reading has always been one of her greatest pleasures. CanLit is her go-to genre, especially books written by Canadian women. Margaret Atwood and Ann Marie Macdonald are her faves, but there's a special place in her heart for the Bard's works and she confesses to having a soft spot for well-written swoony fluff.

ABOUT OMNIFIC:

Omnific Publishing, founded in 2009, is an independent publisher of romantic fiction that breaks the mold of traditional romance with stories that excite, inspire, amuse, and amaze. Omnific publishes fresh, contemporary voices that speak to the modern sensibilities of today's readers--smart romance for smart women.
