New Goldies' Spice - Inspired Barbecue Sandwiches

SAN FRANCISCO - May 4, 2016 - PRLog -- Today Goldies Oakwood BBQ, the Texas-Tennessee style barbecue experts, and San Francisco's only barbecue delivery is announcing the addition of three mouth-watering signature sandwiches to its organic meat and vegetarian barbecue choices, expanding its menu of spice-inspired entrees to include savory and hearty handheld meals tucked inside soft chewy buns. The sandwiches are:

·      -The Golden Rule, barbecued tender pork ribs stuffed inside a roll with a dollop of homemade baked beans on top.

·      -Ultimate Feast, barbecued tri tip with a layer of homemade cole slaw, baked beans, and citrus, placed in a roll.

·      -TNT Deluxe, an explosive flavorful homemade barbecued hot links combined with baked beans placed in a roll.

"We know the city is full of creative people working long days and well into the early evening and wanted to offer them something extraordinarily satisfying, filling, and flavorful to eat, maybe something very different from the typical fare, and we're certain we've delivered it in The Golden Rule, Ultimate Feast, and TNT Deluxe," said Azar Jones owner and head cook at Goldies Oakwood BBQ.

According to Azar, he spent months experimenting with various recipes and pairings, not to mention getting family and friends to taste various combinations before deciding that the three sandwiches were the perfect choices to add to the menu. "Our menu is now a full and robust variety of barbecue entrees and sandwiches, both meat and vegetarian for every taste and palate."

The new sandwich additions created by Azar are a testament to the legacy of Texas-Tennessee style barbecue developed by his parents who founded Goldies Oakwood BBQ 35 years ago in Palo Alto.

"I am proud to continue what my parents created and add a few flavorful inspirations of my own," Azar added. "I also look forward to sharing these new sandwiches with customers looking for a new and different twist to their lunch and dinner choices."
