The women of Troma's 'B.C. Butcher' join the Women in Horror breast cancer auction

LOS ANGELES - May 9, 2016 - PRLog -- The female cast and director of Troma's prehistoric slasher, 'B.C. Butcher,' have donated signed sports bras to raise money for Keep A Breast Foundation through the MZ & Emmers Sports Bra Auction for Breast Cancer to be held May 13, 2015. Director Kansas Bowling and actresses Natasha Halevi, Devyn Leah, and Miranda Robin donated signed sports bras to this month's women in horror themed auction which aptly takes place this Friday the 13th. B.C. Butcher was released by Troma Entertainment in March 2016 and is a slasher set in pre-historic times dominated by a cast of strong female leads and also staring Kato Kaelin and Rodney Bingenheimer.

Over the past 5 years, MZ & Emmers Sports Bra Auction for Breast Cancer has raised $47,750 in the fight against breast cancer. The auction is held via eBay auctions of sports bras autographed/decorated by women. MZ & Emmers Sports Bra Auction has auctioned over 750 signed sports bras from soccer stars, rock climbers, actresses and other leading women and continues to hold themed auctions throughout the year.

All proceeds benefit Keep-A-Breast Foundation, a youth-focused, global, nonprofit organization, providing education and support to create awareness around breast cancer. They are well-known for their "I love boobies" slogan.

Actress Natasha Halevi, who plays Anaconda in B.C. Butcher explained, "This auction is not a huge organization - it's is one family working together to make a impact in the fight against breast cancer. This is inspiration and proof for all of us that we can make a difference if we just decide to do something instead of do nothing."

Director Kansas Bowling stated, "I'm so honored to be a part of this auction with so many other talented scream queens! It's great our genre can pull together and do something for a great cause."

The 'B.C. Butcher' ladies were able to make their donation with the full support of Onzie, a Los Angeles based yoga and performance clothing design company. The sports bras are from the latest colorful line from Onzie and are all made in the USA with high quality Free-Flow Fabric Technology.
