The new Expense Tracking feature gives the users the ability to enter their expenses, take a picture of the receipt, apply it to specific projects and submit their expense reports, all from the Android or iOS Devices apps or via the web interface.  It makes keeping track of expense reports easier without the possible loss of receipts or late expense reports. Then the supervisor reviewed and approves the time. Once the time is approved the accounts payables personel can import the expenses into their accounting system.
