Construction Begins at Country Bridge Shopping Center

BALTIMORE - May 12, 2016 - PRLog -- ci design, inc., an international planning, architecture and interior design firm, is pleased to announce the commencement of construction at Country Bridge Shopping Center in Lakeland, Tennessee. ci design is currently serving as architect for the renovation of the retail shopping center.

As part of the redesign at Country Bridge, owner A.J. & C. Garfunkel broke ground in late April on the new outparcel building site located at the intersection of Highway 64 and Fletcher Trace Parkway. The 4,000 square foot pad building will accommodate two new retail tenants, a Starbucks Coffee and Marcos Pizza.

Additional improvements to the shopping center will include extensive facade redesign, the addition of LED lighting and signage, and new landscaped islands at the main entrances. The project is expected to be complete in late summer 2016.

Country Bridge Shopping Center is anchored by high-end grocer Sprouts Farmers Market, which replaced former tenant Kroger in the spring of 2015, and is currently home to more than 10 national and local tenants.
